Mixed-use land can be for both residential and commercial purposes, such as apartment complexes with retail spaces on the ground floor.

Commercial Land

Industrial Land Light Industrial

Land for warehouses, distribution centers, and smaller manufacturing facilities, usually located near urban areas.

Heavy Industrial

Agricultural Land

Land used for farming, ranching, or forestry purposes, which can also be rezoned for development depending on demand.

Land used for parks, sports complexes, golf courses, and other recreational developments.

Vacant or Undeveloped Land

Land that is not yet developed but may be rezoned or cleared for future use, such as residential, commercial, or industrial purposes.

Brownfield Land

Previously developed land that is contaminated or polluted and requires environmental cleanup before it can be redeveloped.

Greenfield Land

Undeveloped land, often in rural or suburban areas, that has not been previously built upon and is typically used for new residential or commercial development.

Each type of land comes with its own zoning, environmental considerations, and development potential, which developers need to account for when planning projects.
